3D Laser Cutting
Laser 3D cutting is a thermal separation process. Our pulsed Nd: YAG and fiber lasers permit a controlled heat entry which is optimum for fine cutting. The high peak performance of our laser permits a maximum cut depth of up to 10mm.
Precision and Detail: Unlike traditional cutting methods like CNC machining, 3D cutting boasts incredible precision. The narrow laser beam delivers clean, intricate cuts with minimal material waste, ideal for creating complex geometries and delicate designs.
Broad Material Compatibility: 3D cutting shines with its versatility. It can handle a wide range of materials, including metals (steel, aluminum, titanium), plastics, wood, and even some composites. This opens doors for diverse applications across various industries.
Speed and Efficiency: Compared to traditional methods, 3D cutting offers significant speed advantages. The highly focused laser beam cuts quickly and efficiently, making it ideal for both prototyping and high-volume production runs. Additionally, minimal post-processing is required due to the clean cuts, further enhancing efficiency.
Reduced Waste and Sustainability: Unlike subtractive manufacturing techniques that generate significant material waste, 3D cutting minimizes waste by precisely cutting only the desired shapes. This not only reduces costs but also promotes a more sustainable manufacturing approach.
